This 7-bedroom detached villa with a great roof terrace is ideal for the extended family holidays or couples travelling together with children. Walking distance to the beach and the Strip. All bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower room, and the kitchen is fully equipped and includes washing machine and dishwasher.

With its own games room and bar area it is ideal for family groups and the pool area can be fully closed for children's security and can be heated when required for 150 Euros extra.

Pricing is for a maximum of 12 adults and 2 children, extra guest are charged at 25 Gbp per day.

This villa as air-conditioning and is charged at 150 Euros a week to cover the electrcicity when required,

The villa will sleep up to 16 people including using the sofa beds and family room.

Arrival day by arrangement 16.30, depart 10.30. Flexible where possible. 

Flexible changeover days - minimum 7 nights in high and peak season. 

A Security deposit of 100 Gbp per person if over 25 yearsl old or 150 Gbp per person if under 25 years old.

This can be pre-paid by bank transfer before  arrival or on arrival in cash only.

For families, the damage deposit is 500 Gbp.

Deposits of 35 % are required on booking and the balance is due 12 weeks before arrival.

Prices quoted are for a max of 12 Adults + 2 Small Children.


An additional 4 people can be accommodated for an extra charge of 150 Euros per person per week.

Cot and highchair can be provided at 30 euros per week per item
