Available for the 2021 season, this well located 5 bedroom detached villa air-con ( supplement ) and large private pool ( heating available ) is located on the beach road between the Infamous strip and the old town with both being within a 5 - 10 minute walk of the property including the beaches of Praia Da Oura , Praia Das Aveiros, Praia Da Forte Sao Joao and the famous Fisherman's beach , With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this villa will sleep up to 13 people The Villa is supplied with UK satellite and Wi-Fi is available for 35 Euros per week, must be pre-booked, The Villa also as pool heating available and pool table is located in the dining area,

Located on the ground floor, we have the main lounge leading on to the dining area both with doors leading out to the pool,

a large fully fitted kitchen, 

Ground Floor - 4 bedrooms - 2 supplied with 2 single beds with a full bathroom in the middle of the 2 bedrooms and the third bedroom with a 3/4 size sofa-beds making 2 large beds and another single bed, this room also as an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning, a further bedroom as 3 single beds,

On the first floor there is a very large air-conditioned bedroom suitable for 2 adults and a child or 3 adults , this bedroom also as an en-suite bathroom and as a large balcony supplied with table and chairs and overlooks the pool ,

The front of the villa there is a large pool with plenty of sun-beds , a fish-pond and gardens leading to the back of the property where you will find the BBQ area,

Prices quoted are for a maximum of 10 people, an extra 4 people can be accommodated for 175 Gbp per person per week,

A security deposit will be required on arrival of 150 Euros per Adult when groups under 25 years old and 100 Euros each when over 25 years old,

The pool heating is available for 250 Euros a week,

Air-Con is charged at 200 € per week when required and must be confirmed on booking,

A 25 Euros charge will be incurred when arriving after 21.00 hours, not charged if using our transfer service ,
